Realizing the importance of a missionary formation for the Claretian students, the Delegation introduced a year of Pastoral experience and exposure in between the years of theological formation. This programme aims to enter into the realities of the people and the missions in view of attaining personal maturity having lived experience, working with others and in teams, developing servant leadership, theologizing every experience and thus making a matured decision to progress in the Claretian Missionary vocation.
For the year 2017/18, six students comprising of four from the Sri Lankan Delegation, namely: Dilan Rojan, Reginold Ronson, Iresh Nimarshana and Donal Christy and two from Charles Lwenaga Independent Delegation, namely: Derik Samuel and Nelson Shirima are enrolling in the programme. They commenced the programme on the 1st of August, 2017 and the final evaluation to be held at the end of July, 2018. During the year, they are to have input sessions, field exposures, theologizing sessions and periodical evaluations.
