On 23 October 2025, at Claret Nivas, Kandy, Jesuthas Kirishanth CMF and Pavulis Suganthan CMF were ordained as deacons by Rt. Rev. Dr. Noel Emmanuel, Bishop of the Diocese of Trincomalee.

The ordination ceremony was attended by the families of the ordinands, as well as Claretians from various communities.

Following their ordination, the newly ordained Deacons have been assigned to serve in the following parishes:

·        Deacon Jesuthas Kirishanth – Pampaimadu Parish, Diocese of Mannar

·        Deacon Pavulis Suganthan – China Bay Parish, Diocese of

Trincomalee
