Visit to Kenya

Fr. Jeyaseelan was in Nairobi, Kenya for two weeks (August 25-September 5, 2018) visiting with several institutes, groups, and individuals dedicated to and engaged in peacebuilding and reconciliation projects in that country. The visit was made to learn from others about their experiences at peacebuilding.This comes as background for the discernment that is taking place about launching a Claretian peace ministry. During the Kenyan itinerary, Fr. Jeyaseelan was joined by Fr. Rohan Dominic, the Claretian representative at the UN, and Bro. Robert Omondi, the Secretary of St. Charles Lwanga Independent Delegation, for some visits.
